There’s no need to go to the trouble of making your own dough mix or making a tomato sauce when you fancy a pizza with this kit. It’s already done most of the work for you. Just add water and a little oil to the tomato & cheese dough, knead, prove and roll out your base, add the rich tomato and red pepper topping, along with any other ingredients you like, drizzle over the garlic balsamic glaze and sprinkle with the Italian seasoning before cooking in your oven or outdoor pizza oven. Job done.

Not just for pizza, the glaze is just the thing for brushing over chicken wings, pork chops or corn on the cob. And the topping sauce will add an extra dimension to soups or fresh pasta dishes.
