With eleven separate moulds in one, this Holly & Mistletoe Silicone Mould from Katy Sue Designs lets you build up decorative leaves and berries in any design you desire, making it ideal for finishing off a showstopping centrepiece with a lovely festive evergreen wreath.
Ideal for modelling paste, chocolate and more
Designed for use with firm fondant, modelling paste and marzipan, this silicone mould is an incredibly easy way to create fantastic cake decorations with very little effort and no specialist skills. Just dust the mould lightly with cornflour before you begin, then push your paste into place, being careful not to overfill the mould. Once you’ve scraped away any excess, press on the back of the mould and flex to gently release your cake-topping creations.
Releases easily for perfectly preserved detail
Super-flexible and non-stick, it will release its contents easily, giving you wonderful definition with all the leaf vein and berry detail intact, and the eleven separate indents let you simultaneously craft:
- 2 holly leaves
- 4 mistletoe leaves, 2 each of 2 designs
- 1 cluster of holly berries
- 2 differently sized trios of berries
- 2 single berries of different sizes
Go hot and cold
Because it’s made from heat-resistant silicone, this holly and mistletoe mould can also be used with melted chocolate, Colour Melts, toffee or sugar – just wait for them to set hard before turning them out. And it’s freezer safe too, so it’s just the thing for creating festive ice shapes to add to little ones’ drinks!
