It’s easy to wish family and friends a happy festive season with this Merry Christmas Silicone Mould from Katy Sue Designs – just press in your icing, peel, then add to your cake for a cheery Christmas greeting.
Ideal for modelling paste, chocolate and more
Designed for use with firm fondant, modelling paste and marzipan, this silicone mould is an incredibly easy way to create fantastic cake decorations with very little effort and no specialist skills. Just dust the mould lightly with cornflour before you begin, then push your paste into place, being careful not to overfill the mould. Once you’ve scraped away any excess, press on the back of the mould and flex to gently release your cake-topping creations.
Releases easily for perfectly preserved detail
Super-flexible and non-stick, it will release its Merry Christmas message easily, giving you wonderful definition with all the delicate detail intact.
Go hot and cold
Because it’s made from heat-resistant silicone, this Merry Christmas mould can also be used with melted chocolate, Colour Melts, toffee or sugar – just wait for them to set hard before turning them out. And it’s freezer safe too, so it’s just the thing for creating festive ice shapes to add to little ones’ drinks!
