Ideal for modelling paste, chocolate and more
Designed for use with firm fondant, modelling paste and marzipan, this mould is an incredibly easy way to create fantastic cake decorations with very little effort and no specialist skills. Just dust the silicone mould lightly with cornflour before you begin, then push your paste into place, being careful not to overfill the mould. Once you’ve scraped away any excess, press on the back of the mould and flex to gently release your cake-topping creation.
Releases easily for perfectly preserved detail
Super-flexible and non-stick, it will release your little deer easily once it’s set, giving you wonderful definition with all the quirky features intact from antler to hoof. The arms – sorry, forelegs! – will come out separately from the rest of the shape, but can be attached easily using a little water or edible glue.
Go hot and cold
Because it’s made from heat-resistant silicone, this reindeer mould can also be used with melted chocolate, Melts, toffee or sugar – just wait for them to set hard before turning them out. And it’s freezer safe too, so it’s just the thing for creating festive ice shapes to add to little ones’ drinks!
