With raised bars across the base and able to withstand very high temperatures – either on your hob or in the oven – it can sear your ingredients with ease, so whether you’re cooking veggie burgers, fillets of fish or any cut of meat, you can be sure they’ll be done to perfection.
Energy saving induction base
A heavy gauge aluminium construction combined with the patented Magneto induction base ensures super-efficient performance on any hob, so your pan will heat up quickly and cook evenly for reliably consistent results.
Metal utensil safe
GreenPan have used a brilliantly clever triple layer system to keep their pans in tip-top condition no matter what your utensils are made of. On top there’s a coating of Thermolon Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick – fabulously effective and durable but with no chemical nasties; next, a layer of diamond crystals – literally rock hard protection for the surface of the pan; and finally, a patented reinforcing Scratch Guard layer.
Oven safe
Because it has a strong, riveted stainless steel handle, this griddle pan can go in the oven up to an impressive 260°C, or under the grill to help you finish off a dish by toasting the top.
Durable hard anodised exterior
To ensure that the outside is as tough as the inside, it’s been hard anodised, so it’s scratch resistant and shrugs off spills for easy clean-up.
Dishwasher safe
So there are no worries about adding your pans in the dishwasher with the rest of the washing up, GreenPan have made sure the Venice Pro Pan range can cope with everything a modern home can throw at them.
Suitable for all hobs including induction.

Excellent all round product. Non-stick properties are second to none, good level of charred lines to chicken which can be difficult and works brilliantly on my induction hob. Would thoroughly recommend
I purchased this griddle pan because my cast iron griddle was getting to heavy to lift for my old bones.I already have a greenpan casserole which is wonderful and this griddle is a pleasure to cook with nothing sticking and it washes in warm soapy water,garlic bread slices are very quick with lovely grid marks,steak is a joy looks like restaurant quality and tastes good
I have just purchased the Greenpan Venice Pro griddle pan and frypan. I had the smaller frypan already and I'm hooked. Such superb quality! And as usual with Lakeland, even in the time we are in with pandemic etc delivery and tracking of order facility was excellent. I am in love with this pan! This has made grilling a dream for me. I have made tandoori lamb, chicken breast, sticky bbq satay, steak and kebabs. Even heat distribution, heats up quickly and the best part is the ease of cleaning. All the charcoal bits come off with a wipe of sponge! Just like they show in the fairy liquid ads! :P Love it. Buying a few more things in this range now.
I purchased this some time ago & wanted to use it several times before writing a review. I couldn't be happier. The pan leaves a lovely striped charcoal effect on all the vegetables, we don't eat meat so cannot comment on that. The non stick surface has been washed many times & is easily cleaned with a sponge. The handles do get very hot so can only be touched with oven gloves once on the heat but I would be happy to purchase other pans in this range given my experience.
