Perfectly proportioned for cooking eggs separately from the rest of a family-sized fry up, GreenPan’s Venice Pro 20cm Frypan is also ideal when you’re rustling up a fish steak, lamb chop or veggie burger for a quiet supper at home when the rest of the family are elsewhere. Its eco-friendly non-stick coating is so good, you’ll need little or no oil for cooking, so it’ll help you to cook more healthily too.
Energy saving induction base
A heavy gauge aluminium construction combined with the patented Magneto induction base ensures super-efficient performance on any hob, so your frying pan will heat up quickly and cook evenly for reliably consistent results.
Metal utensil safe
GreenPan have used a brilliantly clever triple layer system to keep their pans in tip-top condition no matter what your utensils are made of. On top there’s a coating of Thermolon Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick – fabulously effective and durable but with no chemical nasties; next, a layer of diamond crystals – literally rock hard protection for the surface of the pan; and finally, a patented reinforcing Scratch Guard layer.
Oven safe
Because it has a strong, riveted stainless steel handle, this frying pan can go in the oven up to an impressive 260°C, or under the grill to help you make frittatas and carb-free quiches, or toast the top of a gratin recipe.
Durable hard anodised exterior
To ensure that the outside is as tough as the inside, it’s been hard anodised, so it’s scratch resistant and shrugs off spills for easy clean-up.
Dishwasher safe
So there are no worries about adding your pans in the dishwasher with the rest of the washing up, GreenPan have made sure the Venice Pro Pan range can cope with everything a modern home can throw at them.

I have long wanted to try one of the "Green Pans" and decided to buy the small frying pan. It is fantastic, no oil needed, nothing sticks and easy to clean. Follow the instructions for use and you can't go wrong! I have an induction hob and use it on the small ring with no problems.
ideal size for fried eggs or cooking for one. Excellent non stick without the chemical smell you get from some non stick pans. Will buy more pans in this range.
I have only used to fly eggs in it so far. the non stick coating is great, only had to put a very small amount of oil in the pan. the eggs did not stick to the pan. the non-stick coating is easy to clean. I have just been wiping it with a paper towel. the pan is light weight so not difficult to move around. I use the pan on an induction hob and have had no problems with it. I am now looking at other pans in the range.
Really pleased with this frying pan. Needed to replace my old much loved pan as I now have an induction hob and this one is everything I hoped it would be.
This is a lovely pan but buyers should be aware that using extra virgin olive oil is not recommended. You have to read the small print in the care section to discover that.
