For perfect presentation of your pints and glasses of beer, you need to scrape away the excess froth that gathers on top. Vacu Vin’s Stainless Steel Beer Blade has been specially designed to do just that.

As you pour beer into the glass, starting at a 45° angle to create the right combination of foam and liquid, and gradually straightening up as the glass fills, the head that’s created helps to ‘lock in’ flavour – it’s not the bartender depriving you of beer, as has been debated at many a bar.

Off with its head

It’s not just about how your beer looks; that mousse of froth on top has an important part to play – keeping carbon dioxide in and excess oxygen out to ensure your pint doesn’t go flat before you’ve had a chance to quaff it. Made from stainless steel, the Bartender Beer Blade has been designed so that it always strokes the foam at the correct angle to remove it, and applies a thin layer of water that creates a ‘cap’ to protect the bubbles beneath. The ergonomic design is also comfortable to use no matter how many pints are poured.
