Part of the UK-designed and made range of textiles we’ve developed with Mary Berry, its long length makes sure your wrists and forearms are protected from the heat of your oven – no matter how far back you’ve pushed the dish you’re reaching for, and the generously sized thumb section is perfectly placed to make it suitable for both left- and right-handed people.

The smart grey and white printed cotton outer looks great hanging up in any style of kitchen, and the soft towelling inner layer is great for insulation and grip.

Extra-long protection

Providing great heat protection, this long gauntlet is perfect for Sunday roasts and barbecue days, protecting the backs of your wrists from the walls of your oven as you’re lifting a hot dish of deliciousness out of the depths, and you’ll be safe from accidental contact with hot shelves too. And of course, anyone who owns a range cooker (of any variety), knows the perils of “Aga burn” from chance contact with the insides of the super-hot doors and long narrow ovens.

Steam stop layer inside

Not just padded, this long oven glove also has a waterproof nylon steam grease barrier between the layers of cotton fabric so steam and hot grease can’t penetrate through to your skin when you’re lifting the lid of a casserole dish, straining a pan of spaghetti, or basting a joint of meat.

100% cotton, machine washable at 40°.
