Made in Italy as you might expect for a proper pasta cutting wheel, this Pasta and Pastry Wheel is the real deal for cutting home-made pasta sheets into ribbons or sealing the edges of ravioli – and, of course, it’s equally brilliant for any kind of pastry.
The solid beechwood handle is topped by a sturdy aluminium wheel with a wavy edge that leaves an authentic zigzag edging when you cut out a ravioli square and gives a saw-tooth edge to pastry strips for making a lattice-topped fruit pie.
