Bee’s Wrap Reusable Sandwich Wrap 33 x 33cm
Product number: 73478
Perfectly sized for sandwiches, this single Bee’s Wrap Reusable Sandwich Wrap is a natural and sustainable alternative to single-use plastic sandwich and food bags and cling film, is washable and can be composted at the end of its life.
Natural and sustainable
Handmade in Vermont from a mixture of organic cotton, beeswax, organic jojoba oil and tree resin, this attractive natural substitute for planet-polluting single-use plastics can be washed and reused again and again and then composted when its useful life is over.
The beeswax and jojoba oil it’s impregnated with have antibacterial properties that help keep your food fresh and allow the wrap to be reused for up to a year.
Seal with the heat of your hand
This malleable wrap is easy to use. Just place your bread, fruit or veg on the wrap (or drape the wrap over a bowl) then use the warmth from your hands to easily mould it around whatever you’re wrapping to create a seal that will stay in place as the wrap cools.
Versatile
Wrap up sandwiches and other snacks for taking on picnics. Cover an opened pack of cheese, a large casserole dish or salad bowl. Mould around a melon or roll-up celery. You can even use it to roll out pastry or cookie dough on. Safe for use in the fridge, this generously-sized adaptable all-rounder can be put to a multitude of uses.
Washable and reusable
Your Bee’s Wrap can be washed in cool water and mild soap, left to air dry and then folded and stored in a drawer until its next use – with care, it should last for around a year.
Compostable
At the end of its life, your Bee’s Wrap can be put onto your compost heap, where it will break down with everything else.
Please note: Bee’s Wrap Reusable Wraps are not suitable for covering raw meat.

Great eco product, sandwiches keep lovely and moist no dried out edges. Looks lovely too
These are really good quality. Don't be fooled into thinking the cheaper ones available from a certain online retailer are half as good as these. Ideal for school and work as they can be used like a plate. Also good if you make your own bread and have had problems fitting a think cut sarnie in standard sandwich bags. I just wish they did a three pack of the sandwich sized ones rather than the assorted. We've found they last about a year so no cheaper than buying plastic bags but much better for the environment.
These are the softest and most flexible wraps I have tried. I have had one bread one for ages and have just ordered another as they are so useful. The little button on the top makes wrapping easy.
Seemed great at first - as per other reviews. However they are difficult to clean - crumbs and pieces of filling sticking to them. I washed as per instructions. Nuisance to have lying about whilst drying. Then the wax started wearing off and they stopped sticking and moulding as they should. Had to give up and throw away - v expensive experiment. Disappointed and would not recommend.
Thanks for your review. To prevent the wax wearing off after washing you could place the wraps in a hot oven for about a minute and re-distributing the melted wax using a pastry brush. However, the product should last around a year so it sounds like it's just come to the end of its life.
Does exactly what it is designed for, and keeps sandwich perfectly fresh. The wrap moulds to the sandwich, keeping the filling all in place, so doesn't matter what position the sandwich is placed in my work bag. Washes easy and dries quickly. Much better than using foil or clingfilm. Would highly recommend. It would be nice to have a choice of design or choice of button colour, to differentiate when using for different members of the family for picnics etc, otherwise no problem.
