Energy saving induction base
A heavy gauge construction combined with the patented Magneto induction base ensures super-efficient performance on any hob, so your frying pan will heat up quickly and cook evenly for reliably consistent results.
Metal utensil safe
Green Pan have used a brilliantly clever triple layer system to keep their pans in tip-top condition no matter what your utensils are made of. On top there’s a coating of Thermolon Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick – fabulously effective and durable but with no chemical nasties; next, a layer of diamond crystals – literally rock hard protection for the surface of the pan; and finally, a patented reinforcing Scratch Guard layer.
Oven safe
Because it has a strong, riveted stainless steel handle, this frying pan can go in the oven up to an impressive 260C, or under the grill to help you make frittatas and carb-free quiches, or toast the top of a gratin recipe.
Durable hard anodised exterior
To ensure that the outside is as tough as the inside, it’s been hard anodised, so it’s scratch resistant and shrugs off spills for easy clean-up.
Dishwasher safe.

This is the best frying pan I’ve ever owned. It fries evenly with a tiny bit of fat, it is comfortable to hold and it washes up like a dream every time. I am so impressed I’m buying another for my in-laws.
I bought one of these when I moved 18 months ago. An induction hob in my new home meant I had to replace my whole set and I opted for Green Pan. The saucepans are serving me well but I have always been disappointed with the performance of the non stick. It is only non stick as one other customer notes if you use lots of oil, so if you are hoping to cook with only a little oil to keep dishes healthy, I would opt for another frying pan.
I bought this pan based on the information about it's excellent non-stick performance. I am very disappointed with it. If you add lots of oil or butter to the pan it is non stick but otherwise it is not. This defeats the purpose of buying a non-stick pan. I have a Green Pan saucepan and it has excellent non stick properties but the pan is a different matter

You don't need to pre-heat the pan to the extreme as heat up fast. These can carbonise very quickly and leave sticky brown patches on the pans - we've sent you an email.
To call this non-stick is a joke. I've had it for a couple of years. The only reason I've not left a review to date is that thanks to a couple of early uses where it proved to be anything but non-stick I stopped using it. Tonight, with a big dinner gathering, I used it to cook fillets of sea bass. After scraping the fish out of the pan, leaving half of it still stuck to the pan, I'm furious. Yes I used a little oil and yes, I was careful with the heat. .
