Energy saving induction base
A heavy gauge aluminium construction combined with the patented Magneto induction base ensures super-efficient performance on any hob, so your frying pan will heat up quickly and cook evenly for reliably consistent results.
Metal utensil safe
GreenPan have used a brilliantly clever triple layer system to keep their pans in tip-top condition no matter what your utensils are made of. On top there’s a coating of Thermolon Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick – fabulously effective and durable but with no chemical nasties; next, a layer of diamond crystals – literally rock hard protection for the surface of the pan; and finally, a patented reinforcing Scratch Guard layer.
Oven safe
Because it has a strong, riveted stainless steel handle, this frying pan can go in the oven up to an impressive 260C, or under the grill to help you make frittatas and carb-free quiches, or toast the top of a gratin recipe.
Durable hard anodised exterior
To ensure that the outside is as tough as the inside, it’s been hard anodised, so it’s scratch resistant and shrugs off spills for easy clean-up.
Dishwasher safe.

I love this pan. It is so easy to clean, nothing sticks to it. I use it on a ceramic hob. The base of my pan is flat, so no problem with heat distribution. It’s fantastic to have a pan that you don’t have to replace every few years due to the coating peeling off and great that it’s chemical free.
I struggle to fall in love with this pan. The non-stick ceramic coating is OK and the pan performs well with even heat distribution on a normal ceran non-induction electric hob. The pan is rather lightweight. The floor is not a plane for full surface contact. Instead, it is an uneven surface which produces pockets of air between hob and pan, reducing efficiency thus. The floor surface produces a slippery effect. This pan definitely is a two-hand job whatever you do as you need one hand to keep the pan from escaping. All in all I am not unhappy but won't buy this again.
I recently bought one of these pans hoping that it would perform reasonably well on my induction hob. Unfortunately it doesn't. Even at full output from hob ring, the pan delivers just moderate heat output to its contents. I have other non-stick frying pans which, though a bit more expensive, really work well with induction. I cannot recommend this pan to anyone who intends to use it on an induction hob.
We're sorry that this doesn't work on your induction hob. Some induction hobs require a higher amount of stainless steel in the base of the pan for it to be detected by the hob, the pan could be too small for the hob, the heat setting could be too low and the pan needs to be in the centre.
I had had high hopes for this expensive range of pans but sadly there has been little to celebrate. Food constantly sticks and I have to add oil every time I cook. I had brought several sized pans from this range but sadly they all underperformed and I will be going back to my tefal range of non stick.

The magneto base heats so quickly and to such a degree that pre-heating without food in isn’t needed. You can just switch the heat on and place your food in almost immediately.

I really like the idea of this pan. I try not to use it too often as its just a massive pain, but recently I've cooked recipes that need two pans. I have tried to persevere with it but it is just awful. I have followed all of the instructions ie I don't use a spray oil and I don't put it in the dishwasher. Everything sticks even with a good amount of oil and the pan is really difficult to clean. I would give this zero stars if it was an option.
