Warp resistant

Super strong, this deep baking tin has a ridged or rippled surface which not only encourages air circulation for even baking and easier release, but also adds extra strength to make it highly resistant to warping.

Constructed from a single piece of aluminised steel, it offers superior heat conduction for even cooking, reliable strength and durability, and resistance to corrosion and bending.

Non-stick coating inside and out

Coated inside and out with their own specially developed Americoat® Plus, a safe and natural non-stick silicone coating that’s highly prized by commercial bakeries for its impressive easy-release properties (without the need for oil or greasing), it’s also free from PTFE, PFOA and BPA and oven safe up to 232°C

Please note: it’s not suitable for use with metal utensils.

Wired rim

This loaf tin also incorporates a strong steel wire in the rolled rim to give even better resistance to warping and to further enhance its strength.
