With six slightly conical wells, USA Pan’s 6-Hole Popover Pan is just the ticket for evenly baking tall Yorkshire puddings, sweet or savoury popovers and deep American-style muffins. Strongly made with cut-out sections on the fluted top to ensure the oven’s heat gets all around your baking and encourages even the most temperamental batter to rise, it’s sure to turn out batch after batch for many a year to come.
Warp resistant
Super strong, this flat surface of this baking tray has a ridged or rippled surface which not only encourages even heating for great baking results, but also adds extra strength to combine with the sturdy rolled edge and make it highly resistant to warping.
Commercial quality for even baking
USA Pan are the world’s largest producer of commercial bakeware (trusted by the likes of Warburtons and Hovis), so as you’d expect, this heavy gauge, industrial strength pan is made to last. Constructed from aluminised steel, it offers superior heat conduction for even cooking, reliable strength (aided by its fluted surface) and durability, and resistance to corrosion and bending.
Non-stick coating inside and out
Coated inside and out with their own specially developed Americoat® Plus, a safe and natural non-stick silicone coating that’s highly prized by commercial bakeries for its impressive easy-release properties (without the need for oil or greasing), it’s also free from PTFE, PFOA and BPA and oven safe up to 232°C
