Warp resistant
Super strong, this deep biscotti tin has a ridged or rippled surface which not only encourages air circulation for even baking and easier release, but also adds extra strength to make it highly resistant to warping.
Commercial quality for even baking
USA Pan are the world’s largest producer of commercial bakeware (trusted by the likes of Warburtons and Hovis), so as you’d expect, this heavy gauge, industrial strength baking tin is made to last. Constructed from a single piece of aluminised steel, it offers superior heat conduction for even cooking, reliable strength and durability, and resistance to corrosion and bending.
Non-stick coating inside and out
Coated inside and out with their own specially developed Americoat® Plus, a safe and natural non-stick silicone coating that’s highly prized by commercial bakeries for its impressive easy-release properties, it’s also free from PTFE, PFOA and BPA and oven safe up to 232°C
Please note: it’s not suitable for use with metal utensils.
Wired rim
This baking tin also incorporates a strong steel wire in the rolled rim to give even better resistance to warping and further enhance the tray’s durability.

This is a really hand sized tin and of some of the best quality tins I've ever had. I don't make biscotti but bought it as I was familiar with that make and know them to be of superior quality to most other makes. I use it mostly for scones.
