Warp resistant
Super strong, this baking tray has a ridged or rippled surface which not only encourages even heating and air circulation for great baking results and easier release, but also adds extra strength along with the sturdy rolled edge so it’s highly resistant to warping.
Commercial quality for even baking
USA Pan are the world’s largest producer of commercial bakeware (trusted by the likes of Warburtons and Hovis), so as you’d expect, this heavy gauge, industrial strength sheet is made to last. Made from a single piece of aluminised steel and featuring a secure-grip handle and tapered edge that lets you slide cookies off with ease, it offers superior heat conduction for even cooking, reliable strength and durability, and resistance to corrosion and bending.
Non-stick coating inside and out
Coated inside and out with their own specially developed Americoat Plus, a safe and natural non-stick silicone coating that’s highly prized by commercial bakeries for its impressive easy-release properties (without the need for oil or greasing), it’s also free from PTFE, PFOA and BPA and oven safe up to 232°C

I've got a number of items from this range and would highly recommend them. The finish is really high quality non-stick and barely needs washing after using. In addition they are really good and heavy so won't warp. I wasn't sure about the slope but have had no problems with it This and my Silverwood are my favourite sheets for making bickies/meringues etc.
