Beautifully styled, the Tomorrow’s Kitchen Nut Cracker cracks even tough nuts with the minimum of effort, and has a handy dish to hold the nuts and shells too.
Cracks nuts with less effort
It can be quite a faff cracking open tough nuts like walnuts and almonds with most nut crackers, requiring the muscles of a circus strongman to get through the hard shell. And then, more often than not, your nut ends up flying across the room, never to be seen again. But this elegant yet practical tool gets the job done with hardly any strength required on your part.
How it works
Simply place both metal ‘arms’ of the nut cracker in the raised centre of the tray, insert your nut and, with a simple squeeze of the ergonomically designed handles, the shell will yield. And the smart tray makes an attractive serving dish for unopened nuts, and can also hold the discarded shells.

There’s no faulting the functionality of this nutcracker, it manages to crack every nut shell with ease and without crushing the nut itself. That’s great. Only negative is the gap below the cracker allows shell debris to fall through leaving a dusty residue on your table.
