Superb non-stick
Naturally non-stick silicone is fantastic when it comes to easy food release – just press up on the bottom of each individual mould to pop out your cakes and bakes – and it also makes this pan really easy to clean, despite all the corners.
Steel frame for extra stability
The steel frame around the top edge of the pan holds it rigid, so it's easy to get in and out of the oven and move from countertop to cooker to cooling rack without wobbling around the way unreinforced silicone can.

I used this mould for the first time for a Sunday lunch drinks party. I did use Cake Release as I wanted to make sure they would all turn out. All 24 Mini Fritatas popped out very easily after letting them cool and were eaten very quickly. I was asked for the recipe and have recommended the mould to a friend. I shall try some sweet recipes next.
First time I've used a silicone mould so thought I would put it to test by making shortbread fingers rather than the usual round. Worked perfectly and the mould will be very, very well used. Will be ordering more silicone moulds in the future.
I love this and have used it to make both savoury and sweet buns. Brilliant for little nibble bits.
This is amazing you don’t need to grease it and perfect for finger sized bakes for my two kids. Excellent for baby led weaning. Have baked banana cakes, fruit loaf, oat bars, eggy fingers and all turn out without any sticking.
Really pleased with my purchase. Tin is rigid enough to get out the oven safely and the silicone moulds allow for the loaves to be removed very easily.
