Unlike ordinary tins, this square Pullman Loaf Tin has a slide-on lid which limits the rise of the dough, leaving you with a perfectly square loaf. Ideal for baking a loaf for picnic sarnies, it’s also good for fruit loaves, banana bread or a small meat loaf.
Named for its resemblance to a Pullman railway coach, this square loaf tin is ideal for baking a fresh loaf for a dinner party or picnic. We get lots of requests for a milk loaf tin, too, and this straight-sided tin will fit the bill perfectly.
Super non-stick technology
This tin is coated with 3 layers of a super non-stick that ensures effortless release, no matter what you’re baking, and also makes it really easy to clean.
Heavy gauge and durable
Made from heavy gauge carbon steel that offers excellent heat conduction and long-lasting durability, this tin is heat-resistant up to 235°C and will give you years of reliable service.
