Fly Screen Insect Mesh Cut To Fit Door Curtain

Product number: 7327

There are few things more annoying, or more unhygienic, than flies buzzing around the house - especially in the kitchen.

The Cut to Fit Flyscreen keeps insects out, yet lets fresh air and sunlight in. The uPVC coated fibreglass mesh panels are weatherproof and weighted, allowing easy access... so everyone (except the flies!) can come and go as they please.

Comes with brackets and screws for easy assembly and can be removed in minutes. For full details on fitting your flyscreen please refer to the useful documents section below.

Cut to fit.

Please note: it's important to ensure the mesh is cut so that the bottom of the weights do not touch the floor or door frame when hung.

"Fly away..."

star star_border star_border star_border star_border

I've had this for a year now.. And have only been able to have it stay up for about... 4 hours!! I have followed all the instructions to a t but the sticky holders at the top are just not strong enough, even with scillicone. I'm not able to drill holes in the doorframe to screw it in because I rent my house.. So I'm afraid it's pretty much useless to me at the moment!

"Disappointed to say the least"

star star_border star_border star_border star_border

Purchased one late last summer 2020, fitted it in spring of this year 2021, instructions not easiest to follow as a reasonable DIYer it took about 1.5 hour. Within two weeks one strip of screen started to split the split ran and created a hole. Two more strips split over the next couple of months, made the whole thing useless. I had hoped that buying one from Lakeland at a high price would prove to be good quality and reasonable service life. Sad, there was a time you could rely on Lakeland for better quality products. Replaced screen with one half the price that has outlived this version

We're sorry this hasn't lasted as long as you expected.

"Fly screen"

star star star star_border star_border

Just taken down fly screen after the summer. Disappointed that even though we have no dogs or children the strips have torn in a few places. The bottom strips have come off at times. As others say it was horrible to assemble but I have a patient husband. Would like replacement netting strips if available. In its favour it did keep out the flies.!!

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry this happened.

"Disappointing"

The instructions are not very good, to say the least, it was complicated and it took hours to put together. The quality is poor and I have had it hanging up for 3 weeks and it has now ripped. Very disappointing. The sad thing is once we got it up it looks good from afar. I can normally rely on Lakeland products, but this I'm afraid is very poor quality.

"Disappointing"

star star_border star_border star_border star_border

I bought a fly screen from Lakeland a couple of years ago, while frustrating to assemble it did the job. This one was more expensive and not the same. It was difficult to put up, definitely a two person job and after less than a day one of the curtains has fallen down and the weight on the bottom of another one has come off. I’m hugely disappointed because unlike the previous screen this one requires screwing to the door frame. So when I take it down, it’s more annoying than having fly’s in the house! I will have holes in the door. Wouldn’t recommend this product or buy again. Sorry.

We’re very sorry to hear the curtain didn't work as expected and will be in touch shortly to arrange a refund
