Made from eco-friendly wood fibre, a sturdy, sustainable material that’s been used for chopping boards in restaurants and commercial kitchens all over the world for decades and which won’t dull your knives, this lightweight board’s thin profile and handy hanging hole makes it really easy to store. Plus it has a generously sized juice and crumb-catching groove around the edge on one side to help keep mess to a minimum. And because it’s non-porous, it’s also safe to go in the dishwasher for faff-free clean-up.

Versatile

As it’s double-sided, you could use the grooved side for all your chopping, and keep the other side unmarked for presenting tapas, cold meats or cheese. And as it’s heat-resistant up to 176°C, it can also be used as a trivet for putting down hot pans.
