Big Fledge is a double-sided cutting board. But it’s more than that. On one side the flexible edges can be flipped up to stop food falling off as you chop, plus it doubles as a tray for moving food around, and the other side has a generous groove around the edge to catch the juices from meat or juicy fruit like tomatoes or melons. And we haven’t even mentioned the knife-friendly pattern or the non-slip quality that keeps it in place whichever way up you use it, or that it can go in the dishwasher without warping for easy cleaning...

On the flip side

How often do you chop food only to find it rolling off the chopping board onto the worktop, or worse, onto the floor? Big Fledge is here to put an end to that nonsense. With handy edges that flip up to keep food contained as you slice, it can also be used as tray to transport food safely to its destination.

Feeling groovy

Flip it over to the other side and it’s perfect for cutting juicy food like tomatoes and peaches or carving a joint as all the juices will run off into the handy groove. Pinch a corner and you can even create a spout to pour the liquid away.

Non-slip

With non-slip rubber feet on both sides to keep it in place while you chop, slice, cut and carve, and a knife-friendly pattern on each surface to camouflage cut marks, every part of Big Fledge has been carefully considered for maximum efficiency.
