Easy to use
The results might be impressively intricate, but they’re really easy to achieve. Simply dust your mermaid tail mould with icing sugar or cornflour, roll out or press in your icing, then carefully peel back the flexible mould to release a perfectly shaped tail with incredibly defined detail. For even easier release, just place in the fridge for a couple of hours to help your designs pop out with ease.
Versatile
Perfect for fondant icing or modelling paste, the mould is also heat resistant, so you can use it with melted toffee, chocolate or jelly; and it’s freezer safe too so you can use it to create fun fishy ice cubes.
