Protect
It keeps your worktops safe from the scratches made by pots and pans and, as it’s heat-resistant up to 280°C, it makes an attractive trivet for setting down just-off-the-hob pans, protecting your work surfaces from heat damage.
Prepare
As it’s made from glass, it won’t absorb stains or odours so it makes an excellent surface for preparing strongly flavoured foods like fish, chillies or garlic.
Serve
Embossed with a subtle texture, this elegant glass surface protector will also make an attractive serving platter for cakes, bakes, cheeses and canapés.

I’ve recently had a new kitchen fitted and wanted my Joseph Joseph worktop saver for pots pans and cooking items. I live it so easy to keep clean and look good too
Ordered this as a Christmas treat for my new kitchen! Have used it every day, as a protection for the new worktop, but was especially pleased when rolling out pastry on it. It’s easy to clean and looks good too. So pleased with it that I ordered the medium version for beside the hob.
I am very pleased with this product. I already had a smaller one next to my induction hob and this large one is a replacement for another large one. I use it for all my chopping (no scratching)and it wipes down beautifully and doesn't retain odours. I can put down straight from the oven dishes on it. A great addition to my kitchen and as it is clear it it fairly inconspicuous on my island worktop. Highly recommended - also the chatty and helpful service I received on the phone from Lakeland.
This item was just what I have been looking for
I bought this a number of years ago and it is still going strong. I use it to protect my ceramic hob when not in use. This gives me extra worktop space. When I am using the hob, this sits on the worktop alongside, protecting it from the hot pans, trays etc. That are placed on the Saver. Very useful and goes with any kitchen. After much use a couple of the corner pads have come away but I am sure I can replace them easily enough. Definitely a long lasting investment.
