The lid of these kitchen scales flips over to change from a silicone platform scale to a stainless steel bowl, giving you a choice of how to measure ingredients. Place fruit or veg directly onto the silicone platform; if you’re baking a cake, add a mixing bowl to the platform and use the add and weigh function; or flip the top over to use the stainless steel bowl to measure smaller quantities of wet or loose dry ingredients. And it’s packed with other features too…

I love Joseph Jospeh stuff the build quality is great but these however I don’t like the display is in the wrong place can’t be seen with stepping back or bending down. And there is not clear difference between the number one and 7 they look they the same. Wouldn’t recommend

Love these scales, look good and great selection of weights, loved them so much I bought a second pair for my sister.
We have a lot of Joseph Joseph items and like them both for style and function but these scales really are disappointing - especially given their price. Sadly designers were given their head over bakers! They weigh, the store easily, but try using them. Why is the display impossible to see accurately without stepping back a couple of metres or impersonating a limbo dancer? Try either of those techniques when adding a few grams of yeast or flour! Is that a 7 or a 1? For this price the design really should be better, concentrating on use rather than how pretty it might look.

A fabulous product! Very easy to use and clean, and most importantly, compact enough to store away neatly.
I am really pleased with these scales as I had had my old ones for many years. Easy to read dials and compact for the cupboard.
