The lid of these kitchen scales flips over to change from a silicone platform scale to a stainless steel bowl, giving you a choice of how to measure ingredients. Place fruit or veg directly onto the silicone platform; if you’re baking a cake, add a mixing bowl to the platform and use the add and weigh function; or flip the top over to use the stainless steel bowl to measure smaller quantities of wet or loose dry ingredients.
