A Bouquet of Bakes

Sitting pretty on top most screw-top jam jars, this cupcake bouquet holder has space for seven little bakes, all clustered together so the decorations on top can create a fantastic floral effect. Swirly whirly roses; sprays of carnations or peonies; sunflowers, daisies and tulips… there’s all kind of arrangements you can put together to really showcase your flower-topped fairy cakes.

Simple but Effective

The kit itself might not be much to look at, but this is one product that’s all about the end result, and it’s designed to hold and show off your flower cupcakes brilliantly. Starting from the bottom, there are two round base plates that sit neatly in the top of standard or wide-mouthed Ball jars and Kilner jars, replacing the flat ‘lid’ so they’re held firmly in place by the metal sealing ring. The main cupcake holder then slots securely on top, and seven individual holders slot into that, each with three prongs that cradle your bakes and keep them safely in place, but make them easy to remove too. They even rotate so you can position your bakes to best effect.

Get the Look

Once you’ve made your tasty bakes, it’s time to pipe, ice and decorate your way to posy perfection. There’s all kind of kit you can use to get the look, but here’s a few of our favourites:

Double Impact

It’s mostly about your cupcake flower arrangement, but because the holder slots into Mason jars of all shapes and sizes, you can also use this bottom tier to complement the blooms above. If you’re planning to gift your cupcake bouquet, you can always add another layer of sweet treats – how about chocolates as ‘soil’ for your blooms to grow in? – or any little present that fits inside. (Like jewellery, for instance.) If it’s destined for a table centrepiece, add an LED light string for a lovely twinkly touch, and enjoy the ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ as your guests spot your sweet showpiece.
