Belgian Chocolate Modelling Paste
Pale in colour as you’d expect with white chocolate, this Modelling Paste is sure to be highly valued by any budding cake decorating artiste – not just because it’s easy to mould into fanciful shapes, but because it’s simple to add colourings and customise the colour to suit your designs, and it can be airbrushed or ‘painted’ too. It can also be used with Rainbow Dust products including Pro gel, lustres and other edible glitter dusts.
Renshaw’s Modelling Paste can be hand modelled, pressed into moulds, embossers and formers, or rolled out for use with cutters – it’s perfect for creating intricate shapes and can be used for flowers too. It sets firmly, which makes it great for assembling small components.

How to Use
Cut off the amount of paste you think you’ll require, warm it in your hands and knead it until it’s soft enough to roll or model into the shapes you have planned, from flowers to figures – the paste can be microwaved in short bursts of 3 seconds to speed up the softening process if you prefer. If you require a firmer texture, allow the paste to cool for a few minutes.
