Tear-free Slicing
Designed to be the perfect cake cutter, the stainless steel base plate has serrated edges that glide smoothly through sticky cheesecakes, layered gateaux and delicately decorated bakes without tearing, dragging or picking up any crumb prisoners. Just remove the top plastic plate before slicing – press the grooved section and slide it forward and out of the handle – and get stuck in.
Easier Serving
Once your cake is cut, slide the top plastic part all the way back into position, slip it under your slice and transfer to your guest’s plate – then slide the top plate forward again to deliver it in perfect condition without any tipping or dropping or flopping over onto its side.
