About the Show

Judged by renowned chef Giorgio Locatelli with cookery guru Rosemary Shrager, and hosted by Zoe Ball and Nadiya Hussain, each week two British families – three family members only – are pitted against each other for a trio of challenges at home and in the studio... Each week one family is knocked out and then, the last four shows whittle down the finalists until the ultimate victors are declared.

The Challenges

• Lunch for Under £10 – produce a weekend lunch for a family of four, for – strangely enough – less than ten pounds.
• The Home Visit – cook a starter and a main course for the judges, in your own home.
• Impress the Neighbours – pretty much speaks for itself… hopefully they like you and your cooking!
