With the OXO Good Grips Dough Rolling Bag, you’ll be delighted to hear that will become a thing of the past. As will that feeling of forever cleaning flour off your worktop or peeling the pastry from your rolling pin. Whether you’re baking a pie, a batch of cookies, or preparing a pizza, this simple silicone circle from the clever people at OXO really is one of those ‘Why didn’t we think of that before?’ ideas.
Once your pastry is ready to roll, just place it inside the bag, zip it up and start rolling. The bag is marked with measurements so you can see what size and shape you need to roll out to, and because the dough is safely inside the bag, it won’t get stuck to your rolling pin, and you won’t need to keep flouring everything as you go. When you’ve finished rolling, simply lift the whole thing up – bag and all – then unzip to transfer your pastry – you can even flip it over with ease because it’s safely encased inside the bag.
With measurements marked from 15 to 30.5cm (6 to 12”), it’s got everything covered from pie tops and turnovers to even the largest pizza bases. The silicone bag can also be stored in the fridge or freezer, and clean-up is easy too, as it can go straight in the dishwasher.

This was bought for my for my birthday recently. I have used it twice, both on sweet pastry (which can be a bit sticky) and the bag was brilliant. There is no mess, the top layer didn't stick to the pastry at all. I found it so good. I totally recommend it.
This fantastic piece of equipment really earns it’s place in my cupboard. I make the pastry, put it into the bag to chill. Roll out in the bag, put in pie dish, back in bag for another short chill. Cook pie and eat - but a couple of portions are left so pie dish back in the bag to await finishing off in the fridge without drying up - no need for cling film which is only single use. Very easy to clean. LOVE IT!
This product is fabulous. I sometimes make sweet pastry or gluten free pastry, which is quite fragile. So much easier than using baking parchment. And the kitchen no longer covered in flour. Wonderful.
