But it doesn’t stop there. A large induction plate on its base means this smart black pan heats up evenly and efficiently and, because it’s made from thick aluminium, it also provides excellent heat distribution. And, with a triple layer of superb non-stick meaning barely any oil is needed for cooking, the results will be healthier and your just-fried food will simply slide off onto your plate.

An ergonomic, soft-touch Bakelite handle makes for comfortable, easy handling, while the pan is suitable for all hobs, including induction, and oven safe up to 200°C.

Although this item is dishwasher safe for convenience, we recommend hand washing to prolong the non-stick performance.
