This tin, used in conjunction with Wilton Cake Release enables my Doris Grant Wholemeal loaf to slide easily out of the tin. Previously, when using a greased, 'normal' tin the loaf stuck like concrete. Circulon tin plus Wilton Cake Release have solved the problem.
I tried this for the first time today in making a Tea loaf. It is fantastic it does not stick at all. This bakeware you just have to make sure whatever you have cooked has cooled sufficiently and then bingo it releases no problem at all.
I have been hand-baking my own bread for about 40 years, on and off. Thought my old 'seasoned' bread tins were great, until my other half bought me two of these Circulon tins. I still use one of my old tins, but there is no comparison. The bread bakes so evenly, browns nicely, and I am convinced it rises better too! Hand bakers, trust me, these are terrific!
