A boon for batch bakers and preservers, it offers incredible weighing precision, from a minuscule 0.1g all the way up to 10kg, over two brushed stainless steel platforms, and can accurately weigh both wet and dry ingredients using metric or imperial settings.

Ideal for tiny amounts, the smaller of the platforms can precisely weigh from 0.1g up to 200g, while the larger surface can handle anything from 1g up to an impressive 10kg – and both platforms can be used at the same time.

Benefitting from aquatronic technology for weighing liquids, this kitchen scale also has an add-and-weigh function so you can measure out multiple ingredients in the same bowl, and the large, clear display shows you measurements for each platform on an easy-to-read backlit LCD screen.

These scales are great. I like that you can always see the display, even if you have a big bowl on the weighing part and the small scale is so accurate for weighing small amounts. Very easy to switch from big to small scale and also from kilo to pounds and fl oz and mls. Really glad I bought them.
I'm so please with these scales. I've always used Salter scales and these did not disappoint. I've previously had to have aquatronic ones for measuring liquid. One for heavy items, one for finer measurements. These scales do it all. Good clear easy use buttons. I particularly like the way the platforms are designed so that I can weigh something bulky without blocking the display. Some achieve this by hugely high platforms, but this fits easily in drawer and I just place the box on a plate & I can read the display. Good looking, practical quality scales at a very good price.
After reading the positive reviews about this product I decided to purchase them. I am not disappointed. I like the accuracy of being able to switch between liquid and solid weighing and the large weighing platform.
These are absolutely fantastic. It’s great how you can just measure a small amount. It’s nice having two scales so you do the big items on the big scale and small amounts on the small scale. The zero setting goes to zero straight the way you press it. You don’t have to wait. Best scales I have ever had.
What a treat to at last find a pair of scales that ticks all the boxes! The two platforms are ideal for not only large amounts but also when accurate measurement is required for very small amounts. The backlight provides the LCD display with a clarity I've missed on other scales. The Add & Weigh facility is a must for busy cooks and the manual ON/OFF button ensures that it does not suddenly go off while adding ingredients! The stainless steel platforms are easy to keep clean and so maintain the stylish appearance of an appliance that would look good in any kitchen.
