A simple why-didn’t-anyone-think-of-it-before idea that’s incredibly effective, the MasterClass Slice & Slide lets you chop up peppers, lettuce, cabbage, herbs and other ingredients… and then scoop them straight into your pan or salad bowl.
Easy to Chop
Made from high carbon stainless steel, the super-sharp blade cuts effortlessly through fruit or veg while the comfy polypropylene handle lets you get a really firm grip.
Easy to Transfer
Once you’ve chopped, you’re ready to scoop. Working in much the same way as a dustpan, the wide blade has a tapered edge that hugs the surface of your chopping board (just like a dustpan hugs the floor) so you can easily collect your ingredients. Just push the blade under whatever you’ve chopped – the handle deepens along the edge where it meets the blade to make a high wall to keep your ingredients from falling off – then transfer straight into your pan.

This is a robust, high quality product, with a solid grip handle that makes slicing and chopping vegetables easy, with the added advantage of being able to quickly scoop into the pan. I am very pleased with this purchase.
