OXO Good Grips Green Saver Herb Keeper 2.7L

Parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme… all your cut herbs will live to garnish and flavour another day (several, actually) when you store them in OXO’s Herb Keeper for fresh herbs. And, handily, it’s slim enough to fit inside most fridge doors.
Why Good Herbs Go Bad
There are several reasons why cut herbs might not last as long as you’d like. They’ve absorbed too much ethylene; they’ve been exposed to too much moisture and not enough air; or they’ve not been kept at the right humidity. Herb Keeper tackles them all.
Activated Carbon Filter
An activated carbon filter in the lid traps and absorbs ethylene – the gas that makes produce go bad before its time – slowing down the ageing process so your herbs will stay at their best for longer.
Elevated Basket
Lifting your herbs clear of the water in the bottom and the walls to encourage proper airflow and prevent rotting, the removable, elevated basket can also be used as a colander.
Adjustable Vent
On the top is an adjustable vent that slides open or closed to ensure optimum humidity levels are maintained for whatever herbs you’re keeping.

I was a bit wary when i purchased this product. however it proofed me wrong. herbs really last much longer than in any other container. Basil, a very delicate herb, lasted for over 8 days. Really amazing product. I recommend it to anyone who, like is, is on the go all the time.
Lovely idea but doesn't really work with packs of supermarket herbs. I've only found one supermarket that send herbs bunched so that the stalks are even enough for this. I'm sure it's great for garden herbs too if you're lucky enough to have them as you have more control over how big the bunch gets. Doesn't work for me I'm afraid and find it was an expensive mistake to make.
