With a built-in egg-cracker in the centre for breaking eggs with ease and room in the base to hold up to six egg whites, the YolkCatcher makes it easy to separate six large eggs at a time – which is brilliant news for keen bakers and cooks. The tall sides help to concentrate your aim so none of the egg can escape, it’s easy to lift the top containing the egg yolks away, and the pouring spout on the base makes it easy-peasy to tip the whites into your mixing bowl or into a freezer-safe tub to keep them for another day.

For space-saving storage, the top can be turned upside down on the base to take up less room.
