And to help keep their blades in peak condition, each knife slot is home to a powerful integral magnet that keeps the cutting edge away from the inside of the block, preventing any damage.

Fully Forged Blades

Strong, durable and a joy to use, these full tang kitchen knives are fully forged from a single piece of German stainless steel, and have a hand-applied 15° edge on both sides for superior sharpness that lasts, and gives incredibly effective and hygienic cutting and slicing.

Ergonomic DuPont Handles

As well as being curvaceous and stylish, the handles of these knives are specifically developed to sit comfortably in your hand, minimising fatigue even during longer food prep sessions, while also providing perfect balance when chopping, slicing, dicing, or cutting. The handle is injection-moulded onto the steel in one piece for added durability.
