Great knife; cuts really well and looks good. I bought a set of 5 and they look really great on my magnetic wall mounted knife rack. Instructions recommend hand washing but I find they are fine in my dishwasher (I inherited one from my mum who had no issues with dishwashing either). I imagine they will last me a lifetime. Watch out though, because they are super sharp!
I now have two of these knives and I am really pleased with them. They balance well and cut beautifully. I like having the plastic protectors as well.
This is a useful and efficient knife that is also comfortable to use. We use it for just about every food preparation job.
This knife is sharp, effective and has a handle that is comfortable and won't come apart like our previous one.
