This is a lovely knife,it has a soft grip handle that prevents slipping when it's wet.The knife has a good weight & balance,so it's great to use.The blade is great for slicing as it's super sharp & due to the weight & balance this makes it comfortable to use.I do a lot of food preparation & I would recommend this knife to someone who loves to cook.
Great knife; cuts really well and looks good. I bought a set of 5 and they look really great on my magnetic wall mounted knife rack. Instructions recommend hand washing but I find they are fine in my dishwasher (I inherited one from my mum who had no issues with dishwashing either). I imagine they will last me a lifetime. Watch out though, because they are super sharp!
I already have several of these knives and now I'm buying some extra ones for our caravan.

I bought this knife for cutting veggies and some meats - it's a good all round size. Extremely sharp and I like the grip on the handle. The blade protector is a fantastic idea. No accidents waiting! A good price I thought. Very happy.
