3-in-1 Design

If you’ve got citrus fruit to juice or zest, or want to add twisty-twirly garnishes of peel to finish off food or perk up a carafe of water, Microplane’s Twist and Zest does it all. The transparent reamer at one end extracts all the juice from citrus fruit halves with a few simple twists, and also doubles as a protective cover for the super-sharp, photo-etched zesting blade beneath. And at the other end there’s a canelle, or channel blade, that effortlessly removes lovely long strips of decorative peel.

Easy to Use and Store

With a comfortable, non-slip handle to give you a good grip, its space-saving design means it slips easily into a kitchen drawer, and all the parts are dishwasher safe for easy clean-up too.
