How to Use
Once you’ve made your dough, by hand or in the bread machine and proved it for the first time, it’s time to get your bread stamp out. Before you pop your rolls into the airing cupboard for a second stage of proving, press your stamp almost all the way through each roll to make the classic Kaiser roll twist pattern and place them face down on a floured tray. When they’re ready to go in the oven just flip them back over, glaze and start baking.
Made of sturdy stainless steel to last for ages and go safely through the dishwasher, this stamp also has a large, ergonomically shaped handle so you can make as many little 3oz Kaiser rolls as you like without straining your hands and it also comes with a basic recipe to get you started.
