How to Use

First make your dough, by hand or in the bread machine, leave to prove once and then before the second proving stage, press the cutter almost all the way through the rolls to make the pattern and place them face down on a floured tray. After proving just flip the rolls back over and your rolls are ready to bake in the usual way.

Described as a ‘football stamp’ by German manufacturers RBV Birkmann, this easy-to-use stamp might just be a way to get the little football fans in your family into bread making, too.
