"A great idea, but ..." star star star_border star_border star_border I have used this tin three times to make individual brownies and each time I am convinced I am doing something wrong. The first time, the batter came up over the top of the dividers. Second time, I used less batter and the brownies stuck to the non-stick dividers. Third time, I greased all the supposedly non-stick dividers and it still took me the best part of 30 minutes to coax each piece out whole. I could have cut up one big brownie tray bake, made a coffee and sat down to eat one in that time.
