No more fighting over who gets the biggest slice. Evenly sized, perfectly baked pre-sliced brownies are a doddle to make using Chicago Metallic’s special 2-piece loose-based Slice Solutions Brownie Pan.
Just pour your batter into the heavy-duty carbon steel tin, insert the divider and bake. As your treats are already divided, it’s so easy to customise individual brownies with different toppings – chopped nuts, fruit or chocolate chips, for example.
Once your brownies are baked, remove the insert, and the handles on the loose base make lifting out your creations simple and safe.
Coated with non-stick for effortless release and easy clean-up, you can also use the tin with the insert removed to make one big traybake.

I have used this tin three times to make individual brownies and each time I am convinced I am doing something wrong. The first time, the batter came up over the top of the dividers. Second time, I used less batter and the brownies stuck to the non-stick dividers. Third time, I greased all the supposedly non-stick dividers and it still took me the best part of 30 minutes to coax each piece out whole. I could have cut up one big brownie tray bake, made a coffee and sat down to eat one in that time. Perhaps my expectations are too high, but I want to make brownies without the faffing about!
