A Surprise Inside
Specially shaped to leave a fillable ‘hole’ at the centre of your mini cakes when they’re baked, the tins’ patented recessed design and premium non-stick coating make for truly effortless results. Simply add your cake mix, bake, cool, fill the centres of both sponges with your choice of sweet sauce, ice cream, fruit, or mousse, then invert one over the other to hide the surprise filling in the middle of your bake. You’ll end up with a lovely twin set of mini cakes with a hidden heart, all ready to surprise and delight your dinner guest.

I thought that these were going to be ideal to make individual cakes.They are very fiddly to use. You hardly have any room for cake mixture and mine exploded all over the tray I had put the pans on. I could not get the cakes to comes out whole from any of the 4 pans, even though I had greased them thoroughly and followed the instructions. Very disappointed.
