Pop it straight on the oven shelf and the fine mesh allows heat to circulate all around your food while letting moisture escape, preventing any sogginess and ensuring a lovely crisp finish. Getting great results for everything from chips to chicken Kievs, pies to pizza and fish fillets to onion rings, it’s fantastic for achieving a crisp finish to pastry bases too.

Mesh Construction

Made from mesh that catches any breadcrumbs or flaky bits of pastry, it’s coated with Teflon® non-stick so it releases your food easily once it’s cooked, and also helps achieve a crispy finish without any additional butter or oil. Because mesh on its own can be a little too flexible to handle easily, we’ve reinforced it with a sturdy internal metal frame for extra stability, so it won’t wobble about when you’re getting it in and out of the oven.

Built to Last

Lightweight but robust, it’s reusable up to an incredible 1000 times, is oven safe up to 260°C and can be popped into the dishwasher for easy cleaning too.
