Ever been at home and suddenly found yourself hankering after a cool, creamy, citrusy dessert? For all those times when you fancy a sweet treat, but really don’t want to spend loads of time and effort making something from scratch, you’ll be really glad to have our Just Add Cream Lemon Pot Dessert Kit stashed in your kitchen cupboard.

Simply mix the powdered dessert mix with 500ml of cream, heat gently while stirring then, after a couple of minutes, pour into 6 ramekins and place in the fridge for an hour until set. And that’s it! You’ll have half a dozen almost-made-from-scratch lemon puds that are so good, they could easily be passed off as your own recipe… we won’t tell anyone if you don’t!

Serving Suggestions

Beautifully smooth with a delicate lemon tang, this gorgeous dessert pairs amazingly well with a host of other flavours. Serve with a warming home-made ginger biscuit, a few fresh raspberries and a swirl of fresh cream; layer with lemon curd; set over a handful of fresh blueberries or give them a crumbled biscuit base and fruity topping for the easiest ‘cheesecakes’ you’ll ever make.
