I have got to say I always get this and I have never had a problem. I must buy this over 15 times and every single time 100%. Never had any problems at dinner parties or just as a treat pudding. I would 100% keep buying.
I made this this afternoon carefully following the instructions. First the recipe said it would fill 6 * large 8cm ramekins. Mine ramekins are 7cm round and it filled 5 about three quarters full not a good start. The texture is also very wrong, this is NOT panna cotta. It is very stiff and solid, there is no panna cotta "wobble", it is more like a trampoline . The spoon "bounces" off the top. It tastes very nice but is not a Panna Cotta. I also bought the red berry dessert kit but I am not expecting much from that either.

I rarely bother to write reviews but on this occasion I am so disappointed with this product. I normally make my own but thought it may be convenient to have a packet for emergency use. Flavour was ok but the texture didn't resemble Panna Cotta in anyway. There was no wobble it was completely solid. I'm a good cook so followed instructions to the letter. I would not recommend this product and will always make my own in future. Sorry but I'm just being honest.

Bought this from your shop in Brent Cross. In the past I Have used the product you used to sell in a carton and was very pleased with it. This one tasted all right but the consistency of the product was like glue. My dinner guests were not impressed. What happened to the old Panna Cotta product you used to sell? This one is dreadful.
