Weighing up to 15kg (or 33lb) in one gram (or ? ounce) increments, this high-capacity weighing scale allows you to sit your own large mixing bowl or even your food processor’s bowl directly on the extra large glass platform and add ingredients straight into your mix, using the ‘zero’ and ‘add and weigh’ settings. The digital display is also big and clear – something we know you’ll particularly appreciate.

You can even weigh your liquids on this outsize platform scale, using the Aquatronic function – as much as 15 litres in one millilitre increments – in fluid ounces or millilitres as required.

Despite its large capacity, this versatile scale is slim and compact to slot in beside your chopping boards for storage, and has a smooth glass top that’s easy to keep clean.
