Definitely not just an ordinary wooden spoon, this double-ended beechwood Mason Cash Innovative Kitchen Solid Spoon and Jar Scraper is perfect for mixing, stirring and blending but also acts as a measuring spoon, with measurements for ½ tsp, 1 tsp and 1 tbsp etched into the spoon end. Plus you can flip it round to use the silicone head at the other end as a mini spatula for spreading or for scraping jam straight out of the jar. Ideal for beating, stirring, blending, spreading or scraping, it’s the ultimate baker’s spoon and is especially helpful when you’re making a Victoria sponge!
